Does the Restoration Movement need to be restored?

What a question!

Some believe it was accomplished in the early to mid 1800s and we need to keep things frozen in time during the heyday of the Church of Christ.

But is that really the case? Or are there aspects of the Restoration Movement that neglected restoring some of the most important things? For instance, is God trying to get us to restore a church or is God trying to restore Christ-likness in us through the transformative work of the Holy Spirit?

I had the privilege of doing an interview on the Christian Chronicle podcast answering this question. If you are from a Church of Christ, Christian Church, International church of Christ background…this may hit home for you!

Thanks to the Christian Chronicle for allowing the hard things to be said openly and then, of course, critiqued.
