Jesus changed the world through ordinary people (Acts 4:13). The church is rich in ordinary resources. We must have a fundamental change in our thinking to equip “everyday” disciples in the work of making disciples who make disciples. Churches and church leaders may need help in training and mobilizing the people to be disciples who make disciples.
This site is dedicated to providing resources on the individual (Ordinary School) and congregational level (Ordinary Church) to train people to make disciples. There are articles, tools, videos, and (if needed) coaching to help you grow as a disciple maker.
I cannot think of a greater calling than changing people’s lives by helping them come to Jesus to follow Jesus, be changed by Jesus and be on the mission of Jesus (as Putman and Harrington so aptly pointed out from Matthew 4:19).
Let’s do this together. You are not alone!

None of Jesus’ disciples had formal training. None of them had degrees in ministry. What they did have was Jesus! In Acts 4 the Sanhedrin couldn’t deny the impact of these men…they were “unschooled and ordinary” but they had “been with Jesus.” God has always used ordinary people to grow His kingdom! He wants to start with you.
