As you may have heard, Logos has undergone a big shake up, moving to a subscription based (monthly fee) system. The end result of this is that Logos is actually cheaper now than it has been in the past when you had to upgrade to new editions. Many are averse to the monthly fee but if you have any interest in future upgrades, you are most likely going to come out ahead with a monthly subscription.
Either way, you can always add more books to your Logos Bible software and the cheapest way to add books is through buy packages of books in bulk. You can do this through Legacy Libraries, like you have in the past and as of this month (Oct 2024) Logos has added yearly library packages starting with the 2025 packages (starter, bronze, silver, gold, etc). They also have 2025 preaching and 2025 research packages of the various levels (starter+).
I noticed these packages on the Logos site and requested a package for review. Full disclosure, Logos opened up the 2025 Collector’s package for me to review. The fact that they gave this to me doesn’t in any way impact the positivity or negativity of my review.
Here is a walk through of some of what you are going to get in this package as well as a video explanation if you find that more helpful.
