Reconciliation Gone Wrong: The Mistake of Seeing Ourselves as the Reconciler

I shared a story over at Wineskins today that I think is helpful in understanding the core of reconciliation. Reconciliation is all about God and His purposes. We are merely tools in His hands.

From a different context but this is how it is: “But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us.” 2 Corinthians 4:7. We have the ministry of reconciliation but, as you so aptly expressed, the power of reconciliation is God’s not ours. The glory belongs to HIM. Excellent post!
