3500 articles is a lot of content! I have done my best over the last 18 years here to give away as much as possible. I don’t like asking for help! But I am asking for help because I see a need and am working to meet the need.
The need is that the church in America is facing a very different future than what we have known in the past. The local congregation’s ability to hire people to do the work has been greatly diminished and the number of people getting degrees to “fill pulpits” is in a sharp decline. Very few people want to take on debt to be a preacher.
So that means we have to start training our people in the ministry basics. This is, in fact, how the church started and operated successfully for hundreds of years.
I have developed a training platform/ministry to help fill that gap so that “ordinary” Christians can learn the basic skills of ministry to help the church family be healthy, reach the lost, make disciples and start new churches.
The skills gap is going to widen if we don’t address this. So let’s work together to make this happen.
