I asked Wes Crawford to write a series of posts on the history of race relations in Churches of Christ. He covers Alexander Campbell’s view on race, Marshall Keeble, and what we can do today. Very eye opening. I hope you will take 15 minutes to read these and familiarize yourself with where we have come from as a movement, in regard to race relations:

Part 1 – Seein’ My Father in Me
Part 2 – An Illusion of Unity
Part 3 – Building a Better Future

I also asked Jonathan Storment to update some articles he wrote on race and White supremacy that I believe you will also find helpful.

Part 1
Part 2
Part 3

Jonathan also did a zoom with Scot McKnight on the Apostle Paul and the racially inclusive nature of the churches he planted.

I have written a couple of articles and done some videos on race in the Bible:

Race and Restoring the New Testament Church
We Never Restored New Testament Christianity

We have also hosted some videos on racial reconciliation on our Wineskins YouTube channel that are very impactful and meaningful that I submit to you for your consideration.
