is 4-5 year olds in “organized” soccer. Some say God has predetermined every event, action and thought. I say, if you believe that, you haven’t been to a kids soccer game …those things have “free moral agent” written all over them. I would like to take a Calvinist to one of these games and see if they still think that view is defensible 😉

I used to be a Calvinist before I read this post. But watching that soccer game definitely trumps the entire Bible on the topic of God’s sovereignty. Seriously though, read Michael Horton’s “Putting the Amazing Back into Grace” and see if it helps you understand the viewpoint a bit better.

By the way, free will does not impinge on God’s sovereignty or the fact that God is still the one who saves and who is condemned.
