Jerry Starling posted a while ago about Sunset’s new venture in Leadership Development training. The reason I bring this up is that there is a large barrier that most congregations have when it comes to equipping leaders – many of the programs that do so are inaccessible due to geography, finances, time, etc. So if your congregation, elders, ministers, etc might be interested in a program to train church leaders read about it here.
