I’ve probably been guilty of being edgy rather than dangerous.
Being dangerous like Jesus requires such a deep level of prayerful interaction with Scripture and people; I’m scared of getting so lost in that that I might not come back!
I know that’s a stupid and selfish fear, and I’m not proud of it — but tell the truth and shame the devil, right?
Always need a safe place to tell the truth! Sometimes recognizing our own frailties helps us hand them over to God that much quicker.
Looks like he’s taking a swipe at Mark Driscoll with that first bullet point.
Maybe I’m wrong, but that’s what it looks like.
