We will probably landscape everything else = 0 grass in the front! Yay!
Funny. I thought the same thing about there being less grass to cut. And the grass we have here in Florida is a BEAR to cut… that stuff hardly stops growing.
When you get it landscaped, that will look outstanding AND it will all be tax deductible. Good job, Matt
