I have started an additional blog for discussing small group ministry. I really believe this is one of the most transformational ministries a church can be a part of to help Christians and non-Christians grow closer in their relationships with God and Others. I hope this will be a place where those involved in small groups (ministers and group members alike) can disucss how to improve our ministries and make them more effective to carrying out our mission.
You may not have any interest at all in small group ministry. I hope some out there will find it relevant and will freely and frequently partcipate in the discussion.
